How are We Empowering Young Women?
SHE (Safe Haven of Empowerment) for Girls is a non-profit organization based in Detroit, Michigan designed to support teen girls in their journey of self discovery and finding their way to womanhood. SHE will support and empower young women to:
think as individuals
make wise, fact-based decision
own their responsibility to risk avoidance
decide amongst alternatives with accurate information
make wise, fact-based decision
be empowered to lead her own life free of the confines and restraints of peer pressure and public
